SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong, proven leadership skills.
Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
Strong verbal communication skills including ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow employees.
Strong background in developing secure Internet applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems (preferably Windows and Linux), and of programming languages such as C#, JAVA, PHP and SQL. (***strong .Net experience is most important***)
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, NETBIOS, etc.).
Knowledge of web application development in Apache/PHP and Microsoft .NET environments.
Knowledge of database design and implementation.
Knowledge of multi-tier application development.
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: 4 Year College Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 Years
